Subscribing CPD Providers
NOTE: You will NOT see any 'CPD Provider' Knowledge Base resources unless you are logged in.
Before you can submit a support ticket, you must first register for a 'Support account'.
WE WILL ONLY PROVIDE A SUPPORT ACCOUNT FOR THE NAMED ADMINISTRATOR'S EMAIL ADDRESS FOR A CURRENTLY SUBSCRIBING ORGANISATION TO THE PORTAL.
IF YOU HAVE A BOOKING/ACCESS ISSUE PLEASE CONTACT THE EVENT PROVIDER IN THE FIRST INSTANCE.
(IMPORTANT: You must use the email address which was submitted when signing up to the Portal)
PLEASE REMEMBER TO LOG OUT OF YOUR BOOKING SITE BEFORE SUBMITTING A TICKET
All users of the Help Portal can of course view the many 'Public' Knowledge Base articles without logging in through the 'Search Knowledge Base' menu opposite. NOTE: You will not be able to submit a support ticket and should contact the organisation you have booked an event with.
If you cannot find a resource to help you in the Knowledge Base, please submit a support ticket (This is restricted to organisations subscribing to the Portal Tier 1/Tier 2 Plans only).
